Thank you for shopping with ARK!  Below you’ll find our shipping policy, which outlines where and how we deliver our products.

Shipping Availability

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays or peak seasons.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Delivery Times

Depending on your location, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days after your order has shipped. Please note that unforeseen delays, such as those caused by weather or carrier issues, may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@madebyark.ca. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once your order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, ARK is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If you encounter an issue with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us for assistance.
