Is it real wood?

Absolutely! The ARK Wireless Charger is carefully crafted with genuine walnut or white oak, depending on which model you fancy.

Will it work with my phone?

The ARK Magnetic Wireless Charger will work with any iPhone that uses MagSafe technology. This would mean iPhones from model 12 and above will work.

If you are an Android user, your phone will need to have Qi2 wireless charging technology to work with our charger. However, if you have a Samsung Galaxy or similiar phone you likely have Qi1 technology.  This means your phone can charge wirelessly, but it doesn’t have magnetics built-in to hold it to the wireless charging stand.  In this case, you will need to purchase a phone case with built-in magnets. 

Is it compatible with phone cases?

If your phone case is a standard thickness of 5mm or less the magnetic wireless charging will work just fine.

Is the magnet strong enough to hold my phone?

Oh yes!  The magnet is very strong.  Once the charging station has your phone it’s not gonna let go without a fight :)

If your phone is slipping off the charger, it is likely due to being an iPhone 11 or older, or an Android that lacks an integrated magnet. Consider investing in a MagSafe phone case that is made to stick your phone to the charger.

Do you have a return policy?
